• Brush your teeth twice a day for at least three minutes at a time with a soft bristle toothbrush.
• Floss your teeth once a day.
• Change your toothbrush every three months, or four times a year.
• Consume teeth strengthening, calcium-rich products like milk, calcium-fortified orange juice, yogurt, cheese, broccoli, sweet potatoes, sardines and salmon.
•  Visit your dentist twice a year for teeth cleanings and to make sure your dental habits are right for your teeth.
